Should I be home to have my house cleaned?

That is completely up to you. Our Peace of Mind approach gives you flexibility in making that decision. Please call us to learn more about the security procedures we have in place.

 

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, insured and carry workers compensation on all of our Team members. Copies will be provided upon your request. Additionally, we perform background checks on all of our Team Members.

 

We have pets, is that a concern?

No, we will work with you to find the best solution which allows us to professionally clean your home and minimize the inconveniences for you and your pets.

 

What is the preferred payment method?

We require payment on the day of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Why do you have to do an estimate?

We tailor our service to suit your needs. To provide you with the best personalized service, we need to meet you at home to discuss how we can meet your house cleaning needs.
